Ornithogalum platyphyllum

The broad-leaved spurge is native to Armenia and as far north as northern Iran. Initially, the flowers emerge from the ground in a rosette of broad, glossy foliage, but the flower stalk soon grows to 20 cm and bears a loose cluster of white-green flowers. At first glance, the plant resembles O. lanceolatum, but as it matures, it comes to resemble a smaller form of O. magnum.
