Geranium

The genus Geranium includes many hundreds of species of which 'a few have thickened rhizomes as subterranean parts. The vast majority are perennials whose offered assortment increases and improves every year. They require a spot in light shade and a normal, permeable soil type that should rather be too dry than moist (especially in the summer months!).
