Crown imperial lily. Around the middle of the sixteenth century the first fritillarias were planted in Leiden, via Vienna (Austria) by Carolus Clusius. Origin: Turkey, south-east and west of Iran, Afghanistan, Pakistan and the Kashmir mountains. Cown imperial with an intense orange flower colour. Beautiful plant structure.
