Description
Bright pink flowers with a white spot on the spurs which becomes more noticeable as the flowering time passes. The leaves are coarser than those of the other varieties. Reliable. (B)

According to an ancient Greek dictionary, korys or korythos means: head covering, helmet, or hood. The Latin korydalis (crowned lark) is likely derived from this. The spurs of the flowers bear a resemblance to the crest of a lark.
The genus Corydalis comprises hundreds of beautiful species and the cultivars derived from them. All species, which are particularly suitable for planting under shrubs and trees, prefer a (partially) shaded spot.
