Description

Intro: before 1576. Division 1. According to Michael Jefferson-Brown, author of the book "Narcissus", the "official" name is: Narcissus pseudonarcissus subsp. obvallaris var. maximus. It is a now rarely grown daffodil which is mentioned regularly in history. It is also one of the progenitors of today's trumpet daffodils. The twisted, deep yellow petals surround the also deep yellow, deeply incised trumpet. Bluegreen leaves.
