Parrot Tulips

ParrotTulips have been known since 1665. The bizarre flower shapes with their whimsically twisted petals originated as spontaneous mutations. Because the flowers themselves are so exuberant, it might be nice if they are planted a little further apart with fine-leaved foliage plants in between.
