Incredible, it seems like a red ball is lying between the leaves. This spectacular form of the variable species A. karataviense which has flowers up to 30 cm in diameter was found by Dr. A. Seisums and V. Voronin in Uzbekistan, in the valley where the Angren river flows. This batch is grown from seed and somewhat variable.
