Smyrnium perfoliatum
S. perfoliatum, a biennial plant in the Apiaceae family. Originally found in southern Europe, it has now naturalised in several places in the Netherlands. The plant propagates by sowing, the young seedlings form a tuber, we offer biennial tubers. The fresh green-yellow, striking leaves in combination with the golden-yellow flowers make the plant ideal for undergrowth of trees and shrubs, for example along forest edges.
