A Tulbaghia species found in the Eastern Cape. A repeat-flowering Tulbaghia with narrower leaves and a smaller plant. Each flower stalk bears five flowers at a height of 20–25 cm. Small white flowers with a pale pink vein; the corona is cream-white. The flower has a clover-like scent.

BELONGS TO THE FAMILY OF AMARYLLIDACEAE
Intro: 1838. Found in abundance in the Tsitsikamma rainforest, located on the eastern side of the Cape Province.
They require a sunny location and bloom for a long period starting from late May.
Nowadays often used as a culinary herb: Cape garlic, wild garlic; the leaves, flower buds, and flowers are all edible.
