Description

A strong cultivar with long flower clusters. The typical martagon flower shape is clearly recognisable. Deep maroon red flowers, coloured pink on the outside.

The Turkish lily is found in large parts of Europe as far as Asia. The lilies prefer light, humus-rich soil (lime) with good drainage. Try to keep the base of the plant in the shade (among other plants in the border). During flowering, the flowers emit a ‘wild flower scent’, it buzzes with bumblebees and bees, and even butterflies enjoy the beauty.
