Crocus kosaninii 'April View'
A Dutch selection from C. kosaninii. The species occurs in southern Serbia, in the vicinity of: Kacanik, Brezovica and Bujanovac and was named after Professor N. Kosanin (1874-1934), a botanist from the former Yugoslavia. The beautifully shaped flowers are soft blue and slightly darker veined on the outside. As its name suggests, the crocus flowers only in April.
