Intro: 2011. C. reticulatus is found in Moldova and towards southwest Russia, to the north of the Caucasus and Georgia. With such a range, it is to be expected that there is some variation in the populations found. The range consists of a soft lilac-blue crocus, on the outside the petals are lighter and striped dark purple.
