Crocus pallassii 'Blanka'
C. pallassi is named after the renowned German scholar Peter Simon Pallas (1741–1811), a fervent advocate of scientism, who made a significant contribution to the history of the Crimean Peninsula, where he ran an agricultural college. The clone on offer was originally collected on the Greek island of Samos and produces a large cluster of white flowers.
